Review: In the Company of Women

In the Company of Women In the Company of Women by Kate Christie
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Great read about WACs and women's new roles. Serving in silence for women in the WAC was difficult and risky. You risked who you were, your career, and love. I appreciated the storyline between these two women from different worlds who have patriotism in common. A little slow in areas, but a fascinating read about the different airships.

Review: Reservations of the Heart

Reservations of the Heart Reservations of the Heart by T.B. Markinson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Great book that won't disappoint. The characters, plot, and writing are awesome. The main characters were written realistically. Nothing was easy for these women who found communication a necessity. Stella's sister is one I wish I had in my corner and I'm sure we know people like Becky. The coworkers in the hospital seemed almost comically well done.

Review: What Matters Most

What Matters Most What Matters Most by Georgia Beers
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I liked the characters immediately and was finding myself frustrated on their behalf. I was not sure if the author was going to leave me hanging at the end.
